Although based in Wiltshire, I can work with you no matter where you are. My consultations are carried out on a one-to-one basis either online, over the phone or in person and will be completely confidential.
A plan of action
Your therapy will centre around a comprehensive nutritional plan. I’ll work with you to discover which foods your body needs – and which ones you should avoid, taking into account your likes and dislikes. There’s no point me telling you to ‘have a kale smoothie’ if that’s your worst nightmare!
As well as helping you pick the right foods, I’ll try to find a way to introduce more activity into your life. It doesn’t have to be a high-intensity session at the gym – even 10 minutes of walking each day will be beneficial. I may also suggest some supplements. We want to get your body to heal itself, and this might be a short-term way to give yourself a much-needed boost.
With any plan, the crucial thing is that we’re both happy with it. It needs to be realistic and I want you to feel excited about embarking on it – not totally overwhelmed. I can come up with a plan that will work, but at the end of the day, it’s you who has to make it happen.

If you know you’ll need to invest a little more time in working towards your health goals, my six-week plan could be perfect. It will motivate you to kick-start a healthy diet and lifestyle regime. It’s also perfect if you have digestive complaints or need help to regain your energy levels with longer term support.

If you need a little longer to incorporate positive lifestyle and dietary habits into your daily routine, a more extensive package may be needed. But after three months, you’ll be in a great position to ditch the old habits and embrace new, sustainable ones.

Six-month package
If you have a chronic illness or have lived with one for a long time, it may take a while longer for us to get to the root cause of your problems. The weekly check-ins over the course of six-months will help you stay on track and ensure you’re able to make long-term and sustainable changes. This package is particularly suitable if you have a hormone imbalance, digestive health disorder, or a chronic disease such as cancer, heart disease or type 2 diabetes.

Diet Diary Analysis and 7-day Meal Plan
This one-off consultation is ideal for those who are looking to make improvements to their diet through small dietary changes. It is designed to help you to rebalance your diet by providing tips and strategies to support your health goals.
You will be required to complete a 7-day food diary and a small questionnaire so that I know your health goals, the foods that you like and those that you avoid.
Once I have reviewed your diet, feedback will be within a 30-minute phone call. You will also receive a downloadable, personalised 7-day meal plan which will include delicious recipes and a shopping list to help your get going.
Initial consultation
An initial consultation is the first step into your health journey. This is where I’ll start to discover your health goals, medical history, lifestyle habits, day-to-day stresses, how well you can relax and sleep, and the foods you eat or don’t eat. If you have a complex health issue and need on-going support, you may find one of my packages would suit you better.
Before this session, I’ll ask you to complete a detailed health questionnaire and a seven-day food diary so I can see how your body is working. This will help me pinpoint areas in your system that may be out of balance or under stress – and see what could be making you feel unwell.

Follow-up consultation
Around six weeks after your initial consultation, we’ll arrange a follow-up appointment. This is an opportunity to see how you’re doing and discuss any health niggles, or things you’re finding difficult. We can make changes to your programme if necessary and I’ll create a new nutritional plan to help you move forward with your health goals.

What to expect from your consultation
Before your initial consultation, I’ll ask you to complete a detailed health history questionnaire, along with a seven-day food diary. We’ll discuss this at your initial consultation, along with whether I think you’d benefit from any functional testing.
I’ll devise your unique, comprehensive nutritional plan and provide you with recipes and information that will help you on your health journey. I take a ‘food first’ approach but may advise you to take some supplements, just for a short time, to give your body a boost and get you on the road to better health.
If you’ve booked a package, your weekly 30-minute phone calls will ensure we can chat through any difficulties or concerns that may pop up – or just share and celebrate how well you’re doing. They’re also there to ensure you stay motivated and feel supported as you make changes to your lifestyle. During the course of the package, you can contact me at any time for help or advice, and I promise to get back to you within 24-hours. You’ll also have access to my Client Portal, where you can book appointments, supply your information safely and securely or upload your food and mood journals for review.
